This feature is accessed from the Payer Profile Screen. This feature lets you reset the payer’s password if they have locked their account or forgotten their password. In order to receive the new single-use password, the payer must have an email address in their profile or provide one to you. The unlock option is only available if you use the pre-registered file and do not allow password changes. The Verify Payer Email Address section lets you confirm the payer’s email address prior to generating a new password for the payer. This section displays the email address on file for the payer.
Confirm the email address displayed with the payer. If the email address is incorrect or unavailable, make sure to enter the correct email address here. The payer’s new single-use password is emailed to the address entered on this screen. Click Submit to reset the payer’s password. To return to the Payer Details screen without making changes, select Cancel.
