A payer's accounts can be viewed from the Payer Profile Screen. This can be accessed from the Main Menu by selecting Manage Payers and Payments, entering search criteria to find the payer on the General Search tab, and selecting the payer's User ID from the search results below. On the Payer Profile page, click View Accounts to view the payer’s saved accounts. The page displays Account Nickname, Payment Method, Account Type, Routing Number (bank accounts only), last four of Account Number, and Expiration Date (Credit/Debit only). Administrative users who have the Manage Account permission are able to edit, delete or temporarily disable (bank accounts only) the payer's saved accounts by selecting the option next to the account.
