Registered users can log in to the system and view payment history and scheduled payment information, and edit pending payments. They also can save payment account information to use for future payments. You must register if you wish to set up a recurring payment schedule that lets you update your payment schedule or method.
There are two ways to create login credentials to register in the system:
Click Register on the login page.
Click Become a Registered User from the Make a Payment page, in the Contact Information section.
Both links take you to the user registration page, where you enter your contact and registration information.
Please note that the registration feature may not be available for all payments.
