The Payer Profile Information is accessed from Manage Payers and Payments from the Main Menu.
On the General Search page, the user can enter search criteria to find the payer for example User ID, Email Address or Last Name. The search results appear beneath the Search page. To go to the payer's profile, select the User ID link from the payment information.
After the user has selected the User ID, the profile information for the payer displays information that was either provided during registration or in the pre-registration file including: name, address, email, and shared secret questions and answers. From this section, the user can make changes to the profile information, reset password, view accounts, manage accounts and make a payment. Once you have made the necessary changes, click Save Changes.
Note: If the profile fields are not editable, you do not have permission to make changes.
