A recurring payment is a payment that is set up to automatically pay a pre-selected amount for a pre-selected frequency. For example, a payer can select to pay $50 every15th day of the month for the next 6 months. Or a payer can select to pay the total amount of a bill on the bill's due date. Payers can make either single payment or can set up recurring payments in the system. Please note that these options may not be available to all users.
To set up a recurring payment schedule for a payer, select Recurring Payment (this may be customized to say Auto Pay, Direct Pay, etc.) from the payment menu. Follow the prompts to set up the recurring payment.
Note: If a payer has a variable amount (for example payment is set up to pay 'amount 'due' each month) the system restricts them from setting up an additional recurring payment.
