To search for a Recurring Payment, click Manage Payers and Payments from the Main Menu. On the General Search page, enter search criteria to bring up the payment such as Recurring Reference ID (in the Confirmation # field) or User ID.
The search results display beneath the search screen. In the Recurring Payment table, the recurring reference ID can be selected to view the Recurring Payment Detail page, or the User ID can be selected to bring up the Payer Profile page where all payment information for that user is displayed.
Note: If more than 150 matches are found for the search criteria you entered, you are required to refine your search.
